Returns & Refunds Policy

At Murea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition (unused, unworn, and with tags attached).
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchange: We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to our customer service team.
  • Return Process:

    2. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the product back.
    3. Ensure the product is packaged securely for return shipping. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

    • Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at mureashop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
